JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to promote and sell insurance products, meet sales targets, and provide excellent client service. The role involves generating leads, presenting policy options, and building lasting relationships to achieve monthly revenue goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on policy renewals.
- Achieve monthly sales target of N1,500,000.
- Provide ongoing customer support and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell financial or insurance products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
- Ability to meet with minimum monthly sales target achievement.
