JOB SUMMARY:
A hotel is seeking a hardworking, neat, and responsible Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and ensure a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment for guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and arrange guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and other areas within guest rooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and maintain room cleanliness.
- Restock toiletries and other necessary room supplies.
- Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or missing items to management.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guests' arrival.
- Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Carry out other housekeeping duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be neat, hardworking, and responsible.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work diligently with minimal supervision.
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
