Role overview
We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
- Take customers' orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Explain menu items and respond to customer questions.
- Keep tables clean, organized, and properly arranged.
- Check on customers and attend to their needs.
- Handle customer complaints politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness around the service area.
- Process bills or payments when required.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
Previous waitress experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat, presentable, and well-mannered.
Customer-service oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
